Gregg Parsons is a 1992 graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration.
He began his career in the hospitality industry working with Holiday Inn in Myrtle Beach, SC. Gregg joined Raldex Hospitality in 1996 as the opening general manager of the Hampton Inn & Suites Florence. In 1999, he assumed the position of vice president of Raldex and has since become the current President of our company.
He is a current member and past chairman of the Florence County Accommodations Tax Committee and the Florence Hotel Association.
In 1996 after attending The University of Georgia on a Full Athletic Scholarship for swimming, Chad began his hotel career as an Assistant General Manager with StudioPLUS hotels.
Since 2008, Chad has been a General Manager in Florence, SC for Raldex Hospitality. Initially hired as a General Manager to complete a conversion of their Hampton Inn to a Baymont Inn & Suites, he then in late 2009, assumed the role of General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at the Florence Civic Center. In December of 2012, Chad became the General Manager of the Hilton Garden in Florence. He kept that hotel in the top 5% of the brand and was named General Manager of the Year by the brand in 2015. In 2017, he assumed the position of Vice President for Raldex and continues to uphold its mission.
